As we approach the Festival of Lights, we all remember the story. Centuries ago, the Greeks ruled the holy land and sought to eliminate any practice of Judaism. Against all odds, the Maccabees defeated the mighty Greek army and drove them from the land.

Once again, we have concluded a school year that matters to the future of the Jewish people. Once again, our school has sent a message that our community has a vibrant Jewish future.
Not to make parents feel even worse, but studies have shown that parental stress weakens children’s brains, depletes their immune systems, increases their risk of obesity, mental illness, diabetes, allergies, and even tooth decay. Wow! Bringing stress home from the office has its consequences. Thankfully there is something we can do for our children that provides opportunities for quality stress-free time.
Our Sefer Torah Campaign is one of the most significant endeavors our school has ever launched, and we invite the entire community to participate in this incredible opportunity.
