5th Grade Students Immerse Themselves into Marine Life
The annual 5th grade Marine Lab trip was a wonderful success. Students were immersed into a two night, three day intensive marine-life studies class that was immediately followed by hands-on labs where students worked with live micro-organisms that they studies and identified under the microscope. The trip also included two days of snorkeling trips out to the Florida Keys beautiful coral reefs as well as the mangroves. This incredible experience will definitely have a lasting effect on our students!
