We’ve got Ruach! | Posnack School

This week, leading up to Purim, we celebrated Ruach Week at Posnack School. We it kicked off on Friday last week, asking students to show off their Posnack School Spirit by coming to school sporting their favorite RAM gear.

On Monday, students “colored the world with kindness,” with each grade dressing head-to-toe in a different color. In the afternoon, faculty and staff faced-off in a thrilling basketball showdown. The energy was high, the teamwork was strong, and the laughs were endless—because nothing brings our kehilla together like some friendly competition. In the end, the real winner was our school ruach—though some staff members may have needed an ice pack or two!

Tuesday was “sports jersey day” allowing our students to show some personal team pride and Florida pride. On Wednesday, everyone came to school decked out in their best costumes— our teachers even got into the spirit!

We closed Ruach Week on Thursday with “Israel pride day.” Our students showed up in their favorite Israel-themed shirts, sporting Israeli flags, Tzahal shirts, and even a couple Israeli team jerseys!
