Middle School Chinese Studies Students Celebrate Lunar New Year with Field Trip
Hochberg Middle School 6th Grade students in our Chinese Studies elective went on a field trip to Foodtown, an Asian market in Davie, this week. The students had the opportunity to celebrate the Chinese New Year by engaging in a new cultural experience, applying their vocabulary to a real-life situations, and learning about the foods that are eaten during the most important festival of the year.
