NJHS Beach Clean Up No. 3
Hochberg Middle School National Junior Honor Society students visited Fort Lauderdale Beach for the third time this school year to help cleanup litter that threatens the delicate beach ecosystem. The students worked to raise awareness about the discarding cigarette butts on the beach because of the danger they pose to sea life habitats, as well as the message it sends about littering the beach.
