Posnack Middle School Students Explore the Geography of Israel
In preparation for the 70th anniversary of the founding of the modern State of Israel, Middle School students explored the geography of Israel with their Hebrew teachers. The students learned about Israel’s borders and both major and minor cities. The Students had the exciting opportunity, to walk the map of Israel while identifying all the places they have learned about during Hebrew class using a huge blank floor map of Israel provided by JNF.All of the activities were designed to bring the geography of Israel and the use of the Hebrew language to life.
