Posnack School Takes Most Prizes at CIJE Innovation Competition

Posnack School took the lion’s share of prizes in the 2021 Center for Initiatives in Jewish Education (CIJE) Innovation Day competition. Posnack School students took more prizes than any other Jewish day school in the nation. After the final tally, Posnack School students earned three 1st prizes, two 2nd prizes, and a best in school award. Our teams also earned the chance to win the grand prize, help to patent their idea, and develop a business.  Kol ha-kavod and mazel tov to our winners. 

1st prize in Environmental and 2nd prize in Robotics and a chance to win the grand prize at the CIJE Sharktank: AutoCycle, by Ilan G., Max J., and Zach S.
1st prize in Consumer Products and Best in School: AmmoniX, by Yair and Eytan S.
1st prize in Social Innovation and the Arts: SeeSafety, by Sheina S-M., Ryan B., and Eric E.
2nd prize in Commercial Products: Door-o-Matic, by Miguel B., Zachary C., Julian R., and Adam W.
