During four unforgettable days in Washington, D.C., our 8th graders explored the heart of American government, history, and culture. Their journey included a special tour of the White House and an engaging session in the Capitol House Chamber. They reflected deeply at the Holocaust Museum, explored the vast Smithsonian museums, and toured iconic monuments and memorials, including the Lincoln Memorial, MLK Jr. Memorial, and Washington Monument. With plenty of delicious kosher food and countless shared moments, the trip was filled with powerful experiences, new discoveries, and friendships that will last a lifetime.
